Since joining the Air Force in 1996, Dr. Tallent has worn many hats including Chief of Restorative Dentistry, Dental Support Flight Commander, Chief of Dental Services at RAF Croughton, and Program Director for the AEGD at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, just to name a few. After retiring from the military, Dr. Tallent continued practicing dentistry in private practice as well as on WPAFB as a general contractor.
Dr. Tallent completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree at Lamar University, then continued completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center- San Antonio School of Dentistry. He has four children and has been happily married to his wife Herlinda for over 30 years. He enjoys being outside doing yardwork, playing computer games, and spending time with his family.
