Dr. Joyce Sun joined the Brilliant Smiles team in 2016. She is originally from northeast Ohio and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Haverford College in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Sun attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and has undergone advanced training at the Indianapolis VA, where she provided comprehensive dental care for healthy and medically compromised veterans. Always seeking to learn, Dr. Sun enjoys finding ways to connect with patients and to partner with them in their journey toward health. Outside of work, she likes to spend time traveling, reading, and exploring culinary adventures.
Dr. Tien Do graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree in 2020, then followed his dream of dentistry by obtaining a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 2024. He is happily married and just recently welcomed a new baby girl into the world! When he isn’t in the office, he enjoys visiting his motherland of Vietnam, spending quality time with his family, or watching sports like soccer or the NBA.
Dr. Tallent completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree at Lamar University, then continued completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center- San Antonio School of Dentistry. He has four children and has been happily married to his wife Herlinda for over 30 years. He enjoys being outside doing yardwork, playing computer games, and spending time with his family.
